Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to all purchases made through www.intlbuildingsupply.store.

Return Period

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, by mail or in-store.

Item Condition

Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and free of damage or signs of wear. We accept returns only on items purchased new, and accept both defective and non-defective items within the return period.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Items must be returned for a refund, and a new order placed separately if needed.

Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns, such as a sales receipt, order confirmation email, or packing slip.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit card purchases are refunded to the same card. Cash purchases may be refunded in cash or as store credit, at the store's discretion. Refunds are processed within 7 days of the returned item being received.

Online Returns

To start an online return, contact us at contactus@intlsupplies.com or visit us at 9 Spencer Street, Naugatuck, CT 06770. Online returns may require a return authorization number or shipping the item back to us; instructions will be provided when the return is initiated.

Exceptions

Some products are not eligible for return due to safety requirements or manufacturer restrictions, including chemicals, paint, opened software, clearance items, and custom orders. Check product packaging or contact us if you're unsure whether an item qualifies.
