Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through www.intlbuildingsupply.store.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 5:00 PM ET are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET, or on a weekend or holiday, are processed the following business day.
Handling Time
Handling time is 5 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday) from order placement to when the order is ready for carrier pickup.
Transit Time
Once an order leaves our facility, transit time is typically 5 to 7 business days, Monday through Saturday, for delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Estimated Delivery
Combined handling and transit time, most orders arrive within 10 to 14 business days of purchase. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, carrier delays, and order size may affect actual delivery dates, particularly for large or bulk items such as lumber and building materials.
Shipping Rates
A flat shipping rate of $10.00 applies to all orders shipped within the United States, regardless of order size or weight.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Tracking information, where available, will be sent by email once an order has shipped.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Orders
If an order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us using the information below and we will assist with resolving the issue.
In-Store Pickup and Local Delivery
Customers in the Naugatuck, CT area may choose in-store pickup or job-site delivery in place of standard shipping. Contact us for availability and details.
